We hereby undertake that when processing the data and conducting cross-border data transfers, we will strictly comply with the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China, Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, Measures on Security Assessment of Data Outbound, Measures for Standard Contracts for Cross-border Transfer of Personal Information, Provisions on Promoting and Regulating Cross-border Data Flows, and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as relevant regulations, normative documents and data security standards issued by the Cyberspace Administration of China.
