Values extracted from published sources, analysis code, changes to the DSSAT source code, and model inputs and outputs for the manuscript "Tiller population and tropical pasture models: a code audit, a data audit and an out-of-sample test of a tiller model" (submitted to Crop and Pasture Science). Contents: 6,109 values extracted from 28 published Brazilian sources on Urochloa and Megathyrsus and from published bahiagrass experiments, each with source, page and table or figure; the Hirata (2015) tiller-density model and its out-of-sample tests; a power simulation; patches to CROPGRO-Perennial Forage (DSSAT v4.8.6.2, commit 194aec4) and the A/B and recalibration runs; runs of CROPGRO-Perennial Forage on a bahiagrass cutting experiment; NASA POWER weather data.
