Conserved Primers used to validate SNPs detected between ‘Alamo’ and ‘Dacotah’. Table S8 details 12 conserved primer pairs that were used to validate SNPs detected between ‘Alamo’ and ‘Dacotah’. Also included in the table are the location of the SNP, the strand of DNA containing the SNP (+/-), and the SNP base pair for ‘Alamo’ and ‘Dacotah’.
