Oxidative stress markers data in horses

The dataset contains raw and processed data on oxidative stress biomarkers in racehorses collected during different training stages and exercise conditions. The dataset includes measurements of advanced oxidation protein products (AOPP), superoxide dismutase (SOD), total antioxidant capacity (TAOC), and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS), obtained before and after exercise.The repository consists of the following files:raw data file (Excel format) containing individual biomarker measurements,supplementary dataset with results of multivariate statistical analyses (MANOVA),validation dataset used to confirm analytical consistency,supplementary document with results of principal component analysis (PCA), including graphical representations of sex-, breed-, and exercise-related differences .Data are organized in tabular format, with rows representing individual samples and columns corresponding to measured parameters, grouping variables (e.g. sex, breed, training stage), and experimental conditions (pre- and post-exercise).Statistical analyses include principal component analysis (PCA), multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA), and validation procedures. Data processing and statistical analyses were performed using standard statistical software, while raw datasets were prepared and curated in Microsoft Excel.
