Proteomic analysis of Fosinopril-induced effects in A549 human lung adenocarcinoma cells

This project contains the quantitative proteomics data from a study investigating the effects of fosinopril on human lung adenocarcinoma cells. A549 cell lines were treated with 90 μM fosinopril or vehicle control for 24 days. Proteins were digested and analyzed by LC-MS/MS to identify and quantify differentially expressed proteins, aiming to reveal the drug's mechanisms of action and potential therapeutic targets.
