This dataset consists of high-resolution single-cell RNA sequencing data from the hypothalamus, pituitary, and ovary tissues of 18-month-old female Diannan Small-Eared Pigs (DSE). The data includes both short-read sequencing (Illumina) and long-read sequencing (Oxford Nanopore), providing comprehensive transcriptomic profiles for each tissue. These data reveal the diversity of isoform expression, cell-type-specific splicing patterns, and inter-organ communication networks in the HPO axis. This study provides critical insights into reproductive regulation and can serve as a valuable resource for understanding the molecular mechanisms of the reproductive axis in pigs.
