We generated in situ DNase Hi-C data from DSSC strain 14024-0371.13 of D. ananassae. We used the Hi-C data with the 3d-dna software package to scaffold the contigs from an existing genome assembly (see PMID: 33768248) that was produced from the same D. ananassae strain.
