8-week-old Vgll4-fl/fl and Vgll4-IEC-KO mice were subjected to a single 10 Gy dose of whole-body gamma-irradiation. Ileum samples were collected from both non-irradiated control mice and irradiated cohorts. The irradiated mice were euthanized and sampled at 1, 3, and 5 days post-irradiation (dpi).
