Appendix 1 contains Data for individual statoblasts analysed in "Waterbirds and other drivers of endoparasite communities across a hierarchy of spatial scales". These data include: site, collection date, region, number of samples/site, hydrological connectivity, waterbird turnover metric at the sampling site, statoblast diameter, host clonal identity, infection status (according to PCR), myxozoan profile (species identity according to RFLP infection profiles), and microsatellite data for 10 loci.
