Dataset : Heat-inactivated Lactobacillus johnsonii CNCM I-4884 exerts anti-Giardia and immunomodulatory effects in dogs

This dataset contains raw and processed data supporting the figures included in the manuscript investigating the effects of Lactobacillus johnsonii CNCM I-4884 preparations on Giardia intestinalis infection and host physiological responses. The dataset includes in vitro assays evaluating parasite growth inhibition and in vivo measurements in dogs assessing immune response, stool consistency, and Giardia infection dynamics. Data are provided in Excel format and organized according to figure structure. All datasets include biological replicates and are presented as mean ± SEM where applicable.
