资源简介:
Summary statistics and pairwise comparisons for biochemical biomarkers measured in different tissues of Mytilus galloprovincialis.
Mean (±SD) values and p-values for statistical comparisons between experimental conditions.
For each biomarker, differences were tested using either the Student’s t-test (for normally distributed data) or the Wilcoxon rank-sum (Mann–Whitney) test (for non-parametric data).
“Time comparison” corresponds to 14 vs 28 days of exposure at the same salinity.
“Salinity vs 30” corresponds to each salinity level (20, 25, 35, or 40) compared with the reference salinity (30) at the same exposure time.
Significant differences (p < 0.05) are highlighted in the main figures.

Column descriptions
Functional Group: Biochemical category of the biomarker (Metabolism, Antioxidant, CellDamage, or Neurotoxicity).
Tissue: Organ analyzed (DG, G, MU, MA).
Biomarker: Specific biochemical parameter measured.
Salinity / Salinity (vs 30): Salinity level (20, 25, 30, 35, 40) compared with reference salinity (30).
Time: Exposure time (14 or 28 days).
mean_14 / mean_28: Mean value at 14 or 28 days.
sd_14 / sd_28: Standard deviation corresponding to each mean.
mean_30 / mean_comp: Mean values for salinity 30 and for the compared salinity, respectively.
sd_30 / sd_comp: Standard deviations corresponding to each mean.
Time p / Salinity p: p-value for the statistical comparison.
