We present a method for generating complex bone marrow-like organoids (BMOs) from human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and applied single-cell RNA-seq to study cell commposition and hematopoietic development of BMOs. Overall design: Dissociated iPSC-derived bone marrow organoids were analysed using single cell RNA sequencing.
