Data on Multiple mycotoxins contaminating maize grains under farmers' storage conditions (post-harvest) in South West Ethiopia

This dataset contains data on the type and concentration multiple mycotoxins contaminating maize grains under farmers' storage conditions (post-harvest). The maize grains were collected from 129 farmers' stores in south and south-west Ethiopia. This dataset has been developed under the framework of EU Horizon 2020 Project Ewa- Belt (GA 862848).
