Prevalence, quartiles, arithmetic mean and geometric mean eggs per gram of stool (EPG), and sensitivity with 95% confidence intervals (CI), as determined from stool samples examined with duplicate Kato-Katz thick smears and the FLOTAC basic technique at follow-up in 269 school children from Kinyasini and Kilombero primary schools, Zanzibar, in May 2009.
