Matlab scripts and input data used to apply a nonnegative preserving interpolatory spline method to study water column oxygen anomalies

This dataset includes matlab scripts and the associated input data used in the application of a nonnegative preserving interpolatory spline method. The input data (profiles.mat) is an interpretation of the original pisces data and mesh.mat contains the information on the location of nodes in the mesh. This method was applied to study water column oxygen anomalies in the aftermath of the Deepwater Horizon blowout.
