Microsatellite data for Panthera leo

Data were prepared in Microsoft Excel. All samples are held at the Veterinary Genetics Laboratory, University of Pretoria, Onderstepoort, South Africa. The ItemID refers to a unique number for each sample on the database. Sample information was included with each sample submitted to the laboratory. Abbreviations: NP - National Park; GR - Game Reserve; NR - Nature Reserve; TFCA - Transfrontier Conservation Area; ZnF - Zinc Finger.
