对中国专利数据库中有关光伏能源的发明专利数据进行采集,并根据自有算法对专利数据进行了评价,可用于横向、纵向了解光伏能源专利数据变化情况,及用于判定专利价值;通过对各企业/个人光伏能源专利数据的对比,可了解各企业/个人的技术创新能力、创新水平差异;了解光伏能源的技术发展趋势,避免企业重复研发以及侵犯他人的知识产权;也有助于企业对将用于出资、转让、许可、融资的专利作出合理判断。本数据基于AHP模型,从专利有效期、发明人数量、权利要求数、同族专利数、转让次数、诉讼次数、被引用次数、质押次数以及代理机构情况等价值维度,赋予相应的系数,并将价值之和定义为专利综合价值,利用IFS函数对专利进行价值判定,用于评价现有专利价值,为本领域技术人员、市场主体、成果转化机构提供技术支撑。算法规则包括:1.专利有效期得分,今日(数据下载当天即2023年12月12日)至预估到期日年份数,每年算1分;2.发明人数量得分为发明人人数,每有1人算1分; 2.代理机构情况得分,有为5分,没有为0分; 3.被引用次数得分,每被引用1次+10分; 4.引用次数,每引用1次+2分; 5.同族专利数,每多一个其他同族专利+1分,以1个为基准; 6.权利要求数,以10条权利要求为基准,每少1条-1分,每多1条+1分;7.转让次数,每被引用1次+5分;8.诉讼案件数,每有一次诉讼案件+50分。最后得出来的分数取整。

Data related to invention patents in the photovoltaic energy sector was collected from the China Patent Database, and evaluated using a proprietary algorithm. This dataset enables users to obtain horizontal and longitudinal insights into the changing trends of photovoltaic energy patent data, as well as to assess patent values. By comparing the photovoltaic energy patent data of various enterprises and individuals, users can identify differences in their technological innovation capabilities and innovation levels. Additionally, the dataset helps track the technological development trends in the photovoltaic energy industry, preventing enterprises from conducting redundant R&D and infringing others' intellectual property rights. It also assists enterprises in making rational judgments about patents intended for capital contribution, transfer, licensing, or financing. Based on the AHP model, this dataset assigns corresponding coefficients to multiple value dimensions including patent validity period, number of inventors, number of claims, number of family patents, number of transfers, number of litigations, number of cited instances, number of pledges, and agency status. The sum of these values is defined as the comprehensive patent value, and the IFS function is used to determine patent values, aiming to evaluate the value of existing patents and provide technical support for technicians in the field, market entities, and technology commercialization institutions. The algorithm rules are as follows: 1. Patent validity period score: Calculate the number of years from the current date (December 12, 2023, the day of data download) to the estimated expiration date, with 1 point awarded per year. 2. Number of inventors score: 1 point per inventor. 3. Agency status score: 5 points if an agency is involved, 0 points otherwise. 4. Citation count score: +2 points for each time the patent cites other patents. 5. Cited count score: +10 points for each time the patent is cited by others. 6. Number of family patents score: +1 point for each additional family patent beyond the baseline of 1. 7. Number of claims score: Based on a baseline of 10 claims, subtract 1 point for each fewer claim, add 1 point for each additional claim. 8. Number of transfers score: +5 points for each transfer of the patent. 9. Number of litigation cases score: +50 points for each litigation involving the patent. The final score is rounded to an integer.
