<b>Reconstructing fox invasion of Australia: A process-based approach using historical sightings - </b><b>Example scripts and simulations</b>

The data and analysis scripts included here provide a functional example of our process-explicit simulation of the invasion patterns of foxes in Australia. All the essential data required to develop simulations and produce example plots are included. A mall number of models is advocated here, with the awareness that larger numbers of simulations can be developed using these scripts, but will required substantial computing power.
