In creating dataset S1, we generated single-cell-type GEPs (sctGEPs) for each cell type by randomly selecting 100 cells from clusters representing the same cell type in 12 scRNA-seq datasets (Dataset S0). We then calculated the average expression values in the transcript per million (TPM) format for each sctGEP.16 types of cells, including subtypes for B cells, CD8$^+$ T cells and fibroblasts.Non-plasma B cells, Plasma B cells, CD4 T, CD8 T (GZMK high), CD8 T effector, DC, Endothelial Cells, Cancer Cells, CAFs, Myofibroblasts, Macrophages, Mast Cells, NK, Neutrophils, Double-neg-like T, Monocytes.
