Transcriptome analysis of pigment biosynthesis and floral scent biosynthesis in Cymbidium hybirid

To investigate molecular regulation mechanism underlying floral color and scent formation during flower development, comparative transcriptome was constructed by using the flowers of Cymdium hybrid 'Yufeng' and 'Fuyundanxia'.
