Identification of the nsLTP Gene Family from Sugar Beet and Functional Analysis of BvnsLTP10 in Drought Tolerance

This dataset includes physiological measurements of BvnsLTP10-overexpressing Arabidopsis plants under control and drought stress conditions, as well as relative expression data of the BvnsLTP gene family under various abiotic stress treatments (PEG, NaCl, ABA, 4 °C, and 40 °C). In addition, the dataset contains relative expression data of the BvnsLTP gene family in root and stem tissues under PEG-induced stress. Gene expression levels were calculated using the 2^−ΔΔCt method. This dataset supports the analysis of the role of BvnsLTP10 in drought stress responses in transgenic Arabidopsis.
