白血病是一种源于造血干细胞的恶性克隆性疾病。本产品提供DNA、RNA的分析流程以及单细胞的分析流程。其中DNA包含点突变、结构变异、融合分析、CNV变异分析。RNAseq除了基因表达差异外，还包括新转录本发现、等位基因特异性表达、转录本和非编码RNA的相互作用。单细胞分析包括细胞类别鉴定、细胞间通讯、单细胞轨迹分析、转录因子的分析。

Leukemia is a malignant clonal disease originating from hematopoietic stem cells. This dataset provides analytical workflows for DNA, RNA, and single-cell data. Specifically, DNA analyses cover point mutations, structural variations, fusion gene analysis, and copy number variation (CNV) variant analysis. For RNA-seq analyses, in addition to differential gene expression, it includes the discovery of novel transcripts, allele-specific expression, and interactions between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. Single-cell analyses include cell type identification, intercellular communication, single-cell trajectory analysis, and transcription factor analysis.
