ChIP-seq on Xcc-infected citrus leaves using CsLOB1 antibodies

Duncan grapefruit leaves infected with Xcc306 wild type were harvested at 12 or 36 hours post infection (each with 2 biological replicates) and fixed with 0.5% formaldehyde. CsLOB1-bound DNA fragments were pulled down from the nuclear soluble fraction by either IgG negative control or rabbit-raised CsLOB1 antibodies. ChIP-seq library was made using the NEBNext Ultra II DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina and sent for sequencing.
