该数据资源为保山市发展和改革委员会建设的全国信用信息共享平台(云南保山)在履职运行过程中归集的信用主体在办理行政审批、市场准入等业务时作出的信用承诺记录，主要包含承诺人名称、承诺人类别、承诺人代码、承诺类型、承诺事由、承诺内容、违诺责任等关键字段。数据用于构建以承诺为核心的监管机制，支撑告知承诺制改革、违诺信息追溯及信用监管应用。

This data resource refers to the credit commitment records collected by the National Credit Information Sharing Platform (Baoshan, Yunnan) — constructed by the Baoshan Municipal Development and Reform Commission — during its performance of official duties and operation. These records are made by credit subjects when handling businesses such as administrative approval and market access. It mainly includes key fields such as promisor name, promisor category, promisor code, commitment type, commitment reason, commitment content, and liability for breach of commitment. This dataset is used to build a commitment-centric supervision mechanism, and support the reform of the notification commitment system, breach information traceability, and credit supervision applications.
