To identify metabolic pathways that are essential for the progression of TNBC in vivo Overall design: 4T1 breast cancer cells were engineered to express synergistic activation mediators. Then these cells were transfected with an sgRNA library containing 69,225 sgRNAs targeting 23,439 protein-coding genes and 491 control sgRNAs.These tumor cells were transplanted into mice. The tumors on days 5 and 10 were collected for sgRNA sequencing.
