VPRS 14351 Minutes

These minutes were created to document the debates, decisions and correspondence of the Country Roads Board. The minutes of each meeting are arranged under headings such as Tenders, Works Under Supervision of the Board, Developmental Roads, Main Roads, Grants and General.Minuted items frequently include file number references, which appear to link the items to VPRS 10203 Correspondence Files, however this is subject to further research.Minutes less than 50 years old are closed under section 9 of the Public Records Act 1973. The records contain personal and private information relating to employees.The P2 consignment contains rough drafts of the minutes of early Country Roads Board meetings.Books labelled "No. 2" and "No. 3" were not transferred. As at February 2005, they are located in the VicRoads Boardroom.
