Multiple sequences alignments and phylogenetic trees from the analyses of ancyromonads, including 14 new isolates. Most of them belong to three new and genetically divergent genera: <em>Caraotamonas</em>, <em>Nyramonas</em>, and <em>Olneymonas</em> (with the new species <em>Caraotamonas croatica</em>, <em>Nyramonas glaciarum</em>,<em> Nyramonas silfranensis, </em>and <em>Olneymonas thurstoni </em>spp. nov.). The remaining three new species belong to the already known genera <em>Fabomonas </em>and <em>Ancyromonas </em>(<em>Fabomonas mesopelagica</em>, <em>Ancyromonas mediterranea</em>, and <em>Ancyromonas pacifica</em> spp. nov.).
