Aseptic loosening (AL) of the artificial hip joint is the most common complication after hip replacement surgery. This study employed integrated transcriptomics, proteomics, and untargeted metabolomics analyses to reveal characteristic changes in metabolites (biosynthesis of guanine, L-glycine, and adenosine) and proteins (CRLF1, GSTM1) in AL, providing stable and accurate biomarkers for early warning and diagnosis of the disease.
