Transcriptome sequencing data of Mikania micrantha at different altitudes

We sampled Mikania micrantha at 200 meters, 900 meters and 1300 meters, Samples were placed into FAA fixative for 24 h and placed in a vacuum environment to promote fixative penetration.Total RNA was extracted individually from 200m, 900m and 1300m using the Trizol Kit. The mRNA-sequencing libraries were sequenced using Illumina HiSeqTM 2500 sequencing platform (Illumina Inc., San Diego, USA).The study goal is that clarifying the underlying mechanisms of the floral bud differentiation and mining the key factors to inhibit the flowering and seed production of M. micrantha.
