Scripts for generating synthetic neural recording datasets using MEArec. The pipeline generates spike templates via NEURON simulations on a Neuropixels2-128 probe, followed by full recording synthesis with configurable neuron count, firing rates, noise model, and amplitude range. Ground-truth spike times are exported in .mat format for evaluation.
