Site distance dataset for "Assessing the role of plant seasonalities on the regional organisation of the Tapajó Society"

The dataset comprises the distances to the Tapajós River from the 158 archaeological sites identified in the Santarém region, Lower Amazon. The mean distance from the archaeological sites in the Belterra Plateau to the river is 3km and the overall distance including riverine and bluff sites is 1.6km.
