Plasma proteomics data: Envafolimab plus carboplatin-etoposide in ES-SCLC

Proteins from serum samples at the pre-treatment baseline (C1-1), after the first cycle of chemotherapy (C1-2), and at the end of the first cycle of chemo-immunotherapy (C1-3) were analyzed by Olink Proteomics (Uppsala, Sweden) using the Olink® Target 48 immune response panel according to the manufacturer's protocol. The procedure of measurements is based on the Proximity Extension Assay (PEA). Detailed information on this process can be found at the website of Olink Proteomics (Olink Proteomics, 2016). This assay profiles 45 soluble proteins and reports Normalized Protein expression (NPX) values, representing the relative expression levels for each protein. NPX values were utilized for all downstream analyses.
