Registration and interpolation - Standardized pairs of intraoral radiographs

In order to make the results comparable, these datasets are available for other non-commercial evaluations. <strong>Description</strong><br>Different datasets have been used for the validation of algorithms for registration and interpolation. For further details, please consult the index.txt file in each of the archives.XrayPairs contains 25 pairs of intraoral radiographies, obtained by Professor Hans-Göran Gröhndahl, Universiy of Göteburg, Sweden. The digital x-ray images show canine jaws of animals, which had been treated with implants. The images were acquired in standardized projection by means fo individual bite blocks. However, they still differ because of the slightly changed course of the x-ray beam.Head-Eye contains only two images. One slice of an MRT-image of a human head and a photograph of a human eye. The latter was acquired with a digital sensor of aspect-ratio 4/3. The reflections inside the pupil (Purkinje images) have been emphasized afterwards.
