Liver single-nucleus multiome profiling reveals cell-type mechanisms for cardiometabolic traits

Summary statistics for the cell‑type eQTLs and caQTLs of the study at American Journal of Human Genetics. Description of files: 1. caQTL_summaryStatistics_WASP_Hepatocytes.tar.gz caQTL summary statistics for Hepatocytes peaks with a significant caQTL (caPeaks). While we tested 1k variants around the peak center, we report the summary statistics of 1 million variants to allow for signal comparison with other QTL data. 2. eQTL_summaryStatistics_noWASP_allCellTypes.tar.gz eQTL summary statistics for all tested genes per cell-type. The tar archive contains files separated by cell type.
