RaMP Relational Database of Metabolite Pathways v2.5.4 (sqlite)

RaMP Relational Database of Metabolite Pathways. This is the sqlite version of the database, which is what is used by the current version of the R package, and the website. Going forward, the sqlite version will be the only version distrubted (we are no longer creating MySQL database dumps).

The RaMP DB contains metabolite, gene and protein information and mappings from these analyte types to ontologies (HMDB), reactions (Reactome, Wikipedia, and a portion of KEGG) and reactions from rhea-db.org.
