To determine the effect of S-adenosylmethionine (SAM), anti-PD-1 and combination on transcriptome of tumors treated with SAM, anti-PD-1 antibody and combination. The data herein is transcriptome analysis of tumor samples from Black B6 mice which were first sub-cutaneously injected with B16-F1 melanoma cells and then treated with either isotype matched control, SAM, anti-PD-1 antibody or combination of both.
