Gene expression profiles of lung tissue derived from wild-type and RNF123 knockout mice with or without LPS treatment

Eight-week-old male wild-type and RNF123 knockout mice were divided into three groups (WT-CON, WT-LPS, and RNF123 KO-LPS), with three mice per group. Acute lung injury was induced by intratracheal administration of LPS at 5 mg/kg, with an equal volume of PBS used as the vehicle control. Six hours after LPS administration, lung tissues were collected, and transcriptomic sequencing was performed using the Novaseq X Plus platform
