Analysis of microbiota in Anopheles arabiensis larvae shows influence of the type of breeding site on microbial composition

This study contains surface micro layer samples and larval samples from different breeding sites of Anopheles arabiensis. Breeding sites are labelled with alphabetical characters, replicates or individuals by numbers. The metadata of the study contain information on the location of collection.
