This repository contains 4D confocal time-lapse imaging datasets of HT-1080 cell migration on substrates with distinct stress-relaxation properties.The dataset contains four experimental conditions, each stored in a separate folder (extract the .zip files):- `fast relaxing gel_tiff files_control case`- `fast relaxing gel_tiff files_myosin inhibition case`- `fast relaxing gel_tiff files_actin inhibition case`- `slow relaxing gel_tiff files_control case`Each folder contains many imaging positions exported as individual TIFF files.A detailed instruction describing the dataset and organization is given in the Instructions.pdf file.
