3D-EBSD datasets of rolled aluminium sheet, 6014 alloy

These datasets were captured from 3D Electron Backscatter Diffraction (3D-EBSD) analysis of a rolled aluminium sheet, 6014 alloy, processed with intermediate annealing (IA) and without intermediate annealing (No IA) between cold rolling passes. The zipped folders contain one ctf file per slice from the IA alloy 3D-EBSD map and the No IA alloy 3D-EBSD map The Dream3D files with the reconstructured 3D microstructures are included in this folder too, along with their corresponding visualisation files (xdmf), which can be opened with Paraview.
