资源简介:
The porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) is a vertical transmission disease which is mainly characterized by reproductive dysfunction in sows. PRRSV can break through and infect the placental barrier cells, including porcine trophoblast cells which are necessary for normal pregnancy maintenance and embryonic development. However, the underlying mechanisms by which PRRSV infects the porcine trophoblast cells and causes reproductive disorders to remain unclear. This study, validated the PRRSV infection in the PTR2 cells and performed the whole-genome expression analysis of the mRNAs and long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) profiles in the porcine trophoblast cell line (PTR2) infected by PRRSV. There were significant differences in 672 mRNA and 476 lncRNAs after the viral infection.
