QHOD/qhod-edition-data: 1.0b

Release of QhoD edition TEI and image data. Additions to version 1.0a: new data from 1719/1720 newspapers (75 "vipa.np" documents) additions to letters and other documents, including facsimile data for previously non-edited letter attachments vipa folder had to be compressed due to Zenodo file count limit wordlists.zip contains a non-lemmatized, non-weighted extract of all words, separated between Ottoman ("osm") and German-language ("hbg") sources. qhodStandOff.xml has been updated from the latest state of mpr.acdh.oeaw.ac.at image data has directly been uploaded to Zenodo (note that this is generally not CC-licenced, consult the teiHeaders) spelling corrections
