We investigated the regulation by doxorubicin of HuR binding to RNA near intronic polyadenylation (IPA) sites in several subcellular compartments of breast cancer cells. Overall design: We performed CLIP-seq (iCLIP) analyses for the RNA-binding protein, HuR on whole-cell, nuclear and cytosolic fractions of breast cancer cells treated or not with doxorubcin.
