Transcriptomic profiling of metastatic colorectal and gastric cancer patients treated with vactosertib plus pembrolizumab

This study investigates gene expression changes in metastatic colorectal and gastric cancer patients treated with vactosertib plus pembrolizumab. Whole-transcriptome RNA sequencing was performed on tumor samples collected before and after treatment to explore molecular responses to therapy.
