Genetic variation associated with increased insecticide resistance in the malaria mosquito, An. coluzzii

Raw strand-specific mRNAseq reads from malpighian tubule tissue. An. coluzzii mosquitoes were either exposed to a sub-lethal dose of permethrin or exposed to an acetone control bottle and then tissue was harvested into RNAlater 4 hours post exposure. Each biorep consists of a pool of tissue from 8-12 individuals.
