Mutation Signatures in UV-treated yeast

This study contains the whole genome sequencing of yeast treated with multiple exposures of UV light. The goal of the study is to better delineate the types of mutations that UV light causes and establish signatures associated with rare UV-induced lesions. 154 samples were sequenced, including 72 from WT yeast, 41 from rad16-deficient yeast, and 41 from rad26-deficient yeast.
