Photograph of a woman wearing an ethnic costume, ca.1930. The woman smiles at center and fans the large skirt of her dress over the trimmed grass below. The dress has lightly-colored, lace trim over the patches of dark fabric ornamented with intricately embroidered roses. A sash is wrapped around her dark hair and a crucifix hangs from her neck. What appears to be a small fountain can be seen through the trees which stand in a thin wall behind her.
