It can be used to determine whether the trimethoprim content in freshwater fish meets the national food safety standards, calculate the unqualified rate of common freshwater fish in tests, prevent food safety issues caused by excessive trimethoprim residues, and provide references and basis for government supervision and consumer purchasing.
1. Data Collection: Conduct random sampling on common freshwater fish sold in the markets of Daxie Subdistrict, Beilun District.
2. Sample Trimethoprim Content Detection: Detect the trimethoprim content in the samples according to GB/T 21316-2007 *Determination of Sulfonamide Residues in Animal-derived Foods - Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry*, obtain the test results, and compare the results with the data specified in GB 31650-2019 *National Food Safety Standard - Maximum Residue Limits for Veterinary Drugs in Foods*. Samples within the maximum allowable limit are deemed qualified, while those exceeding the limit are deemed unqualified.
3. Data Analysis: Calculate the unqualified rate of common freshwater fish in tests through analysis, where the unqualified rate = number of unqualified items / number of test batches. This provides references and basis for government supervision and consumer purchasing.
