Data and R code supporting "Bats of a remote island: integrated genetic and bioacoustic monitoring confirms species occurrence in Flores (Azores, Portugal)"

This repository contains the acoustic occurrence data, sampling-effort information and R code supporting the analyses and figures presented in the manuscript “Bats of a remote island: integrated genetic and bioacoustic monitoring confirms species occurrence in Flores (Azores, Portugal)”. Bats were acoustically sampled at 10 sites on Flores Island, Azores, between 16 and 19 September 2024. The archived data support the descriptive summaries, diel-activity analyses and negative-binomial generalised linear mixed model reported in the manuscript.
