Liver tissue from Mfge8-CKO mice and flox mice after 16 weeks of HFHC diet feeding was harvested for RNA-seq analysis. The analysis further supported the notion that Mfge8 deletion from hepatocytes aggravates lipid accumulation and inflammation in the liver in response to an HFHC diet.
